Pooi Ming was invited by one of the founders of MHSB to join the Company as Director and shareholder in year 1997. Pooi Ming took office as Director and shareholder in August 1997 and since then, she has steered and elevated MHSB to new heights. During her early years with MHSB, Pooi Ming had spearheaded a team to support the then licensed liquidator, financial and legal advisers in the creditors’/members’ voluntary winding-up of more than 100 companies, including group of private entities owned by business tycoon(s) in Malaysia.

In year 2009, she has fully taken over the helm of MHSB and since then, she has taken the business to greater heights, expanding MHSB’s business to wider spectrum of corporate services to established, reputable and larger companies.

 

Pooi Ming is an Associate Member of MAICSA. She is a Chartered Secretary by profession and has extensive experience in corporate secretarial services sector spanning over 30 years. Prior to Pooi Ming running her business under MHSB, Pooi Ming acquired vast exposures during her early career years with one of the pioneer and leading corporate service provider, Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd which was then, operated under one umbrella corporation known as Arthur Andersen & Co. Pooi Ming has also gained invaluable experience a listed company.

 

Pooi Ming has served as Chartered Secretary in many corporations including public listed companies. She has also been actively involved in attending various types of meetings of MHSB’s clients, covering Board of Directors’ Meetings, Sub-Committee Meetings and general meetings. She provides administrative and secretarial support services to the Honorary Secretary of some established Associations representing the logistic and finance industry. The administrative and secretarial support services offered by MHSB to Associations involve attendance and minutes-writing of their Management Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
