Ms Stephanie See (“Stephanie”) has more than 25 years of experiences in corporate secretarial practice. She is an Associate Member of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). She started her career immediately in Company Secretarial matters working up the ranks. She has had an illustrious career spanning from working for professional firms of various sizes as well as listed companies. Prior to Stephanie accepting her position in Management Horizons Sdn Bhd (“MHSB”),
She was the Executive Director, Corporate Secretarial of Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd (“SCH”), one of the largest companies in the Company Secretary Services industry, with a team of more than 100 staff under her charge, servicing more than 2,000 clients. She left SCH in year 2020, subsequent to SCH being acquired by Boardroom Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Boardroom (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in year 2018.
With her vast experience in this industry, she will bring a new level of expertise and experience to MHSB.
